Our modern and brand new “Forest Hills” Apartments (built in 2023) at Zamkowa Street are a perfect destination for vacationing or a weekend gateway. Each two-story apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living room, bathroom, and kitchen, while on the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you will find private terraces as well as a grill and parking. As for tourist attractions, there is a magnificent castle and a lovely lake nearby. Just a short walk away, you will find a variety of beachside dining options, restaurants, and bars. Nearby forests provide plentiful mushroom picking opportunities and encourage horseback riding, hiking, cycling and Nordic walking trips. Lubniewice is one of the most charming and relaxing "pearls" in western Poland. One of its most prevalent features are its lakes with swimming areas and beaches. In addition, marinas and gentle waters create excellent conditions for practicing water sports, including sailing, swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing. Regardless of the season or weather, Lubniewice always provides plenty of experiences and attractions.

There are several beaches nearby, with the nearest one only a short walk away (150 meters). The beaches offer various opportunities for water sports: including swimming, kayaking, and sailing. Lifeguards are on duty during the summer season to ensure safety.
Each apartment has chairs next to an umbrella on the terrace, beach chairs, as well as a foldable drying rack, vacuum, and hairdryer.
The first recorded mention of Lubniewice dates back to the year 1322. According to this record, it belonged to the Waldow family, the oldest of the German noble families, and remained in their hands until 1945. Today, Lubniewice is one of the largest and most interesting tourist spots in western Poland. Large bodies of water (the Lubiąż, Krajnik, Lubniewsko lakes) have well-kept beaches with swimming areas and marinas, creating excellent conditions for enjoying water sports like sailing, swimming, surfing, and windsurfing. Additionally, lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. Swimming and fishing equipment can be rented on site. Beautiful forests with diverse fauna and flora encourage horseback riding, hiking, cycling, and Nordic walking trips. For all those who love spending time in nature, the attraction will be the 1400 ha nature reserve “JANIE” and the "Uroczysko Lubniewsko" Nature and Landscape Complex with a viewing tower.
Lubniewice area is called the “Great Masurian Lake District” of Western Poland
Lubniewice is located near many lakes, allowing you to enjoy many popular attractions on the beach: including swimming, water sports, and kayaking.
For history lovers, there is the opportunity to visit the castle (after making an appointment with the owner), located only steps away, right by the lake.
In the heart of Lubniewice, the town square, you can find a beautiful fountain with a sculpture of “Rusałka” (a water nymph), a symbol of Lubniewice. Also, located in the town square are various restaurants and convenience stores.
For romantics, the beautiful Park of Love commemorates the several years long stay in Lubniewice of Dr. Michalina Wislocka, author of the book “The Art of Loving.”
The lakes are rich with carp, pike, and the Lubniewice trademark fish - zander. You can purchase fishing rods at the local store “Bartek” or at UM Lubniewice.
Before visiting Lubniewice, it's worth watching the movie "The Art of Loving", as a large part of the film was shot in Lubniewice. Spending time in the same places as in the movie will provide unforgettable moments.
Sulęcin, a town with a population of about 10 thousand, is located nearby. It is also worth visiting Gorzów Wlkp, a city with over a hundred thousand inhabitants, only 30 kilometers away from Lubniewice. It is a city with a theater, philharmonic hall, many modern shopping malls, and several modern sports stadiums, including the home of one of the best speedway teams in the world (Stal Gorzów).
The richness of the forests ensures abundant mushroom harvests. Lubuskie, an area known for its many forests, is the perfect place to stock up on mushrooms for the whole year.
Lubniewice offer a variety of hiking and cycling trails. Each apartment has a guide to hiking and cycling trails at every level of difficulty, from shorter and less demanding to longer and more challenging ones.
The horse stables located in Lubniewice offer the opportunity to learn and engage in horseback riding.
In winter, you can enjoy a unique form of leisure: a sleigh ride. Local horse stables organize such events.
Amazing apartment. It has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, new TVs, access to Wi-Fi, nicely decorated bedrooms, modern bathrooms. Both terraces are cool - the breakfast one next to the main entrance and kitchen, and the leisure one with access from the living room. High fences on the terraces provide a sense of privacy. Close proximity to forests provides a relaxing experience. I spent many days in Lubniewice on numerous walks, and I can say with certainty that Forest Hills by Zamkowa is the best place in Lubniewice.

Forest Hills is the perfect place for everyone. The apartments have everything you need for a vacation. Personally, I loved lying on the beach chair on the sunny terrace and devouring books. While I was relaxing on the terrace, my husband and children engaged in water sports, especially kayaking. My cousin, on the other hand, indulged in her favorite discipline, horseback riding. Everyone did what they wanted and was happy, and the culmination was always an evening spent with family at the grill next to our apartment. What more could you want? Forest Hills provides such an amazing vacation experience. Highly recommended.

You don't have to travel to foreign countries to enjoy an incredible vacation. In Lubniewice, everything you need is right here. Personally, I love hiking and biking trails, and there are plenty of them here. I've almost made up my mind to come back in the fall with the goal of breaking my record for the number of mushrooms collected. Lubniewice is the perfect place to break that record. And Forest Hills is perfectly located for this goal!
